My Dad

My Dad's birthday was yesterday and I just wanted to share a few of my favorite things about him. I love all of his quirky sayings. I love that he likes to be called Grand-Pa-Pa! I love him for how he loves to make sure that his kids are alright. I love that he read Dr.Seuss books and had his favorite ones memorized! He is a good man and a great dad and fun Grand-pa-pa. So here are a couple of my favorite sayings from Cal!

1.Remember the Alamo and the Steak Fajita's!!!

2.For some of you I know it is all about the Burrito!

3.Only believe half of what you see and none of what you hear.

This is a new one.
4.Tell your mom that Grand-Pa-Pa said its okay!

Happy Birthday to my Hubby

My man is the big 30! Happy Birthday! He got a new driver for his birthday, but hasn't had much time to golf lately. On Saturday we had takeout and watched a movie with the kids. Lance's favorite thing is to be at home with his family. I love him and feel lucky to have him as my husband. He is an amazing father, and always knows how to make me smile. So, Happy Birthday Lance, I love you.

Halloween

Happy Halloween! I love to see the kids all dressed up in their costumes. Halloween is so much fun. A holiday where you get dressed up any way you like, and then get free candy!!! Fabulous!!! So, the whole getting the kids ready on time to be at the trunk or treat was kinda crazy, but it was fun. Lance and I even dressed up alittle. Just throw on a wig and a couple odds and ends, wha-laa!Costume!Braden had a hand coming out of his face. It looked great, but took a while to get it off. Alli was a bad cheerleader. No surprise there. She was in character all night, with the facial expressions to match. She is a riot!!! I think she had the most fun. And Jessi was a pop star. She had fun, but was more interested in handing out candy, than actually trick or treating herself. And of course we had to stop by and show off the kids to the grandparents. That's always fun. And while we were at the Nelson's, Chelsea showed off their new computer. Its quite impressive. And the photo program is a ton of fun. We all were taking turns having our picture taken. The kids were starving ( said with kids whining voice) so they got to have some pizza too. Wow, what a day. Party's at school, dressing up, candy, and pizza with grandparents. Not to mention staying up until 10pm on a school night!!!! So much fun, but I'm glad it only comes once a year.

My MMA Fighter

Yes, I am a proud Moma!! Braden competed in his first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu compition. The first match was against a kid from his gym, so he had grapled with him before. It was a good experiance for him. The whole compition was huge. There was 10 rings, and fights going on in most of them at the same time. The matches were all ages, from 3 to 60. The first round of matches are fought with no Gee uniform on. The second round was with the Gee. They both have different rules. It was really amazing to watch all the kids do there stuff. Braden placed second in the weight class that he had to fight in, in both gee and no gee. I am a proud mom. He really enjoys doing MMA, and so far he is doing pretty well. YAY for my boy!!

Chelsea's Wedding

So my little sis got married this last weekend. It was a busy week, but so much fun. I wish I had pictures of the Girl's dinner, it was so much fun. It was great to see the soon to be bride get so embarrassed with the opening of each gift. Chels got allot of fun stuff. So on to the wedding we go. Sat morn we headed up to the temple with the hopes that someone could watch our kids. I found Carlene and Aleda and they were great about being our sitters even though they were already watching Ava. The temple was awesome and Chels looked so happy. She also looked so beautiful in her dress. And Nestor looked great too. He was also a very happy guy. It's always fun after the temple when you are waiting, it is fun to visit with all the fam, and catch up with everyone. After the pictures we made a mad dash home to change. We shoved lunch down and headed over to Mom and Dads to help. We helped set things up for the reception. The back yard looked so amazing with the lanterns and the candles in the trees and the flowers everywhere. Mom did an awesome job on the cake, it was HUGE. The kids loved chasing poor Spencer around the back yard. And they all had more chocolate and candy then they could handle. Braden and Allison were quite the sight on the dance floor. They love to dance. And then came the Mariachi!!! Eiii..Eiii..Eiii!!!!! Wow!!! They were fabulous! They were also very loud. Nestor's family sure knows how to party. They were dancing all night. I think my mom was worried that they were going to play until one in the morn. But they only played until 11:45. When all was cleaned up, and the kids had crashed on the couches,it was time to head home. We finally arrived home at 1am. That was one long, fabulous day. It's always fun to see everyone dressed up. I love being around all the family. And it was a happy day. My husband is a wonderful man and knows how to score the brownie points! I love him for all the kind and wonderful things that he does. And I have to say that he looked HOT in the tux! My kids were also very cute in there wedding attire. So, my baby sister is married and happy. I only wish the best for her and Nestor in the many years to come. I am glad that he is officially part of the fam. He has a great sense of humor and those two just fit. Congrats to them.

Butterflys

On Sunday we went to the JADHA Annual butterfly release. It has been five years since Jessica and Drew passed away. The kids love to go to the park every year and let the butterflys go. And I know that it helps Corrine every year with her grief. Corrine is in the process of learning what the best ways are to be a successful nonprofit organization. And when she is ready, I will be excited to help with the foundation again. We miss having Jess in our lives, and it was nice to be able to take some real time and remember her life and friendship.

Braden's Birthday Weekend

Well Braden had a great birthday weekend. He got to have a sleepover with a few kids. We took them to see the movie The Game Plan. Its a cute movie,it was a hit with everyone. Then the boys stayed up until 4:30 in the morn!!!!! And they were up at 7:30 AM!!!!!! Saturday, it was just me and my boy. I took him shopping and we went to lunch. And to continue with the bithday weekend we had dinner at the Liu's. It was also Wyatt's birthday. I did take pictures over there, but with my phone, and I haven't figured out how to mail them. I am a techy retard!!! The weekend ended with a bbq at the nelson's. Those were some good burgers!!! And this time, Nana made the cake.(she wanted to practice something for Chel's wedding cake.) I now have an 11 year old son. Kids make you feel old. Braden had a great weekend and is a very lucky kid.

A Sad Day

So what do you do as a parent when your kids' best friends move far away. It has been hard to see them so sad. They were our neighbors and really the only kids that my kids ever played with. The family has had their house for sale for over a year. So the kids knew that they would eventually move back to Idaho. But the actual day was pretty rough. My heart aches for my kids and I don't know how to make it better. This weekend will be the first without their friends to play with, it also happens to be Braden's 11th birthday on Saturday. I hope that keeping them busy will be a distraction. This is an owie that a bandaid can't fix!

My LV news

So I just had to share a small peice of news. Actual NEWS. I was watching this morning and found out that a high school kid was shot down the street. He is ok. But this occurred less than a mile away from my house. My house is backed up against Commerce, and the kid was shot on Commerce, just farther down the street. They don't know if it was gang related. The kid goes to the new high school Legacy. It was supposed to be a "GOOD" school. I don't know if any of those exist in Vegas any more. And I was nervous that Braden was going to middle school. I am probably, unnecesarrily freaking out, maybe I shouldn't have watched Freedom Writers last night.

Halla-LIU-Ya!!!!

So where did augest go? I can't seem to remember much that has happenend this month. Just busy running around tryin to get the kids ready for school.Thats where the all the excitement is. At least for me. I don't think that the kids were very excited to start school.Braden was a little nervous about starting middle school, but he is doing fine. He is in band and we haven't found out what he will be playing yet. That could be interesting. Alli likes being at the school with her neighborhood friends, and I like walking her to school. Jessi has orientation with Miss Kris tommorow. She is very excited to start preschool. Kjersten did come and stay at my messy house for a couple of days. That was fun, we usually miss each other when she is here. We stayed up talking and went to lunch at Chili's with no air condidtioning. And I dragged her around for a while. But it was fun to visit. We need to make a trip up there. Thats about it for us. Not very much drama or fun stuff to report. Just back to the school year schedules. YEAH for me!!!!!!!!!!

How much can you fit into July???

I don't even know where to start. July has been a whirlwind of events and family. So on to the next adventure of our little fam. Aunt Dorthy came and stayed with mom and dad. Grandpapa wanted to show off his grandkids, so we came over for breakfast. The kids had fun playin and swimming. Then its on to Alli's birthday. We had hot dogs and hamburgers and candy and cake. I did not make the cake!!!! I just could not even fathom the energy and time I did not have, so costco had to fill in. One of Allisons gifts was a small coach purse and wallet from her nana liu. Let me tell you alittle story about this purse. Alli takes a purse everywhere. But I was a little worried when we took it to GETTOS Mall. Allison went to the bathroom in the food court and came back withOUT the purse. Have you ever seen a crazed woman running at full speed accrost the food court??? Well I did and I saved the purse!!! I cant believe it was still in the bathroom. She is never taking that thing in public again!!!! To round out Allison's birthday experiance we let her have a slumber party at the house last night with 3 friends. That was crazy!!!! I didn't get any pictures cause I was tryin to maintain a level of sanity. The lake was the last hurrah with the fam from Germany. We had fun, except for the JERK on a seadoo who intentionally drove 5ft away from Braden after he fell on the wakeboard. 4 mad Liu boys and a Lunitic mom is not a good combination at the lake. Braden was shaken up for a while, cuz he thought he was toast!!! And after a lake chase and no dead seadoo man, we decided to have some more fun. And as of last night the girls from Samoa are finally here. And last but not least, Nate and Andrea are ingaged!!!! Can I just say I am looking forward to school starting and things getting back to normal. WHERE DID MY RELAXING SUMMER GOOOOOOOOOO???????

The Grand Canyon

We have been busy round here. We had a great day out at the Lake. I didn't put those pictures on because I wanted to do the canyon. But, every one tried to wakeboard and got up. It was alot of fun and we will go out at least one more time before Steve and his family head back to Germany. We got some good news. They are plannig to move here next year!!! That will be awsome. Braden has really enjoyed having a cousin his age to hang out with. And some time this week a cousin will be moving here from Samoa. Lisa is Bradens age and will be going to school with Braden, and will be at our home alot. So Braden will have plenty of cousins to hang out with. Back to the Grand Canyon. We went on Sunday. It was just a day trip. We decided to go to the west rim and the Indian Reservation. On the directions it said that there would be 14 miles of dirt road. Wellllll that was a LIE!!!!! We were on a dirt road for a good hour. And most of it was winding and washboard. Not to mention you are in the middle of NOWHERE!!!!!! But when we got there it was nice. They have you take shuttle busses to different points on the rim of the Canyon. The Canyon is amazing and Scary. I was a complete basket case with my kids there. I didn't have to worry about Braden because he is just afraid of heights as I am. But Allison kept runnin back and forth between everyone. Jessica stuck to me too. There are no rails or fences at all around the lookout points. And lance and the Older kids were tryin to be funny with there pictures. Then a guide came and told us that the winds can go from 0 to 100 in 3 seconds there. No more messin around for any one!! We had lunch in an attempt at an old western town. The food wasn't any thing fantastic and If I was to go again, I would take a cooler. And i know that you are wondering if we went on the famous skywalk. NOPE! It is 26 bucks to go out there and then you have to pay for a locker to put all your stuff in because you cant take anything out there. Yep, no PICTURES!!!!!! So why do you go on the thing if you can't take a picture? Over all it was a great day trip and every one had a good time. The drive home took alot longer because of construction on the dam. By the time we got home it was time for bed. Good times. I just have to add that we saw Transformers last night and that movie is spectacular!!! If you have not seen it, go and see it NOW, it is one of the best movies EVER!!!!!!!

The Follies of the Fourth!

We had such grand plans for the Fourth of July! But this is the reality of the day. Lance and I, with the girls arrived at the lake and got the boat ready for a fun filled day at the lake. After every one finally arrived, all 11 of us, it was time to get the boat in the water. Now if any of you have ever been to the lake on a holiday it is crowded! And I am the one driving the boat off the trailer. I am a pretty good driver, but when there are 25 boats that think its ok to use the loading area as a parking lot it gets tricky to move your boat off the trailer. And I feel like GUYS look at me and think that a girl cant drive this big boat, This JERK in a very expensive boat yelled at me, but you see he was the one parked in an area ment only for loading and unloading. So I yelled back!!!! I think that if you spend all that money on a boat, you should know the courtesies on the water! After that we started to have fun. We drove the boat up to through the narrows to the upper basin. We started to pull every one aroun on the tube. After everyone got their turn, we were cooling off by swimming around the boat. You see it was about 120 outside. Wyatt, lances brother was swimming close to the boat and accidently kicked the prop. Which split his foot wide open, and our day at the lake was over!!! We got to the dock as quick as we could and Nate took Wyatt to the hospital. We hung out at the Liu's for the rest of the day and the kids swam. Wyatt got back with three stitches. The kids were excited to see fireworks so we went to desert breeze park where they were going to have a twenty minute show. And we could also see the strip and watch the fireworks from the Stratusphere. We thought that we were doin great until it was about 30 min past when the fireworks were suppose to start. So we made some phone calls and found out that all the fireworks had been cancelled. SUCKS!!!! So we made our way back to the Liu's and lit our fireworks that we bought, and watched the neighborhood fireworks. The kids had fun. In all it was a good day because we were with family, but things could have gone alittle smoother. And that was our Fourth of July!!!

California Trip

Saturday we went to a cousins wedding. It was great. All of Lance's uncles and wives were dancin the night away. Then it was off to Knotts. The girls had all the fun they could stand by about noon, and wanted to leave! So Nate and Andrea took the girls to Lances uncles house to visit with all the fam.Lance and I stayed with the older kids and went on the big rides. It has been such a long time since I have been on any rides like that. We had a great time. But it was hot and humid, the kids went on some water rides to cool off. One ride called the wave rider, soaked the kids. It was like a huge washing machine. CRAZY! The last day of our short trip we went to Soak City. Braden and LaTone went on all the big slides and Lance and I hung out with Alli and Jessi. So we relaxed in the lazy river, Jumed the waves in the wave pool and ran around in the kiddie pool. Every one had all the water they needed and it was time to get back on the road. So it was a short trip but everyone had a good time.

These last few days have been sooo busy and action packed!!! Friday Braden had a two hour 5th grade graduation. In the middle I started to get a migrane!;( But it was cute and all the kids got their moment in the spotlight. After the half day at school we were having lunch at Nana Nelsons. After lunch Braden was hitting golf balls and Alli got in the way and got her arm whacked really good!;( She had a good cry and a huge goose egg on the inside of her elbow. Then it was off to see Aunt Chels at the salon. Braden was sad to see his long hair get cut off, me I was soooo happy to loose that mop!!! Chels did a great job!:) Later I had RS stuff and Lance went golfing, then he had to go and do another sleep study. Which was fine cuz I stayed up until 2am frosting the Bratz cake. Then we get to friday and the madness continues. As if doing a party isn't crazy enough, Jessi really wanted to go to the lake for her bday. So when lance got home at 6:30 am we got ready and headed for the lake. It was great out there. There wasn't really any wind, and for a friday it wasn't to busy. Every one had lots of fun. We got home in time to shower and go decorate at the Liu's. And the kids swam again. They are fishes!!! We had pizza and sandwiches and all the Fam was there! Mom and Dad Nelson brought the homemade ice cream!:) There was lots of presents and cake. Then there was the pinyata! The neighbor girl broke it and Jessi was in tears for 10min! She wanted to be the one to bring the candy down.It was an awsome day. I sat on the couch at home and crashed. And that is how we have began our summer;) All is good here and Im sure there will be more to follow.

The Fun Begins!!!

We had a great Memorial Weekend. Lots of swimming. Lots of Family, and lots of fun. We decided to brave the lake on monday, it wasn't to crowded but is was windy. We still had fun and enjoyed the sun. Then we went to see pirates and durring the move the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the theater for a few minutes. But after 45 minutes the movie was back on, and we loved it. Then we had pizza. Which to me was a perfect day, Lake.....Movie.....Pizza!!!!
Braden had a choir concert and it was very cute. The kids only have 3&1/2 days left of school. I am looking forward to not driving so much. And Lance starts shcool on Monday. Happy day! Happy Day! Life is good!!!

A Quick, Catch up!

Mother's Day was an emotional rollercoaster. For beginners, I had to speak in church. I read the whole thing. I am not a good speaker!!! And when the primary kids sang to the moms, there was a fist fight between two sunbeams. Complete UFC action, with elbows and fists flyin!!! I also got my new calling as second counsler in the RS. Yep, I am over enrichment. I guess that is one way to get me to go. I also was released from Primary. I had one of the hardest classes to manage, but I really loved the kids, and had a meltdown when the primary sang my favorite song to say goodbye!!!! Lance was able to set me apart, so that was wonderful. Then after church it was off to the Nelsons. And the good news and company was great!!! Then off to have dinner with the Liu's. It was an action packed day and wiped me out! More life changing stuff......Lance is going back to school! He will have about a year and a half to get prewrecks out of the way. Then he will have a three year program to become a pharmisist. So we are not selling our house anymore. I am looking forward to the changes, even though it will probably be a long 4to5 years. It will be totally worth it. Well, I think thats it for now.

Wednesday, May 9, 2007

Although this was about two weeks ago, I luv these pics. The kids like there stuffed animals. Well Braden is bout grown out of all that, but the girls love them. There are stuffed animals and baby dolls every where! This night I was checking on the kids to make sure they were all sleeping and not playing. And the kids were all sleeping with their friends. So I had to take a picture. I am so glad that there are moments like these to remind me that my kids are precious and not just whining maniacs! I think that I like these pictures so much because they seem smaller when they are sleeping. My kids are getting so big and that just makes me feel really old.
I am so excited for Mothers Day because I get to speak in Sacrament meeting!!! I am sure that NO ONE likes to speak in church. I have been working on my talk for a week already and I am not finished yet. I just know that I am a boring speaker. I get so nervous and have to make sure that I use the bathroom before so I dont pee my pants while my knees are shaking!!! And trying not to read my whole talk is almost impossible. So pray for me. The good news is, is that I get to speak first!!! So I guess if I speed read and only take up 5 minutes, well thats not my problem right. Lance is conducting the meetings this month so I guess he would have to do some filling if us ladies don't use up all the time. He is really good at that stuff, and I admire him for that. Well I hope that every one has a great mothers day and Happy Birthday Brock!!!

Our Little Talent Show

At the gym that the girls go too, they sell lots of leotards. And they are about $40 bucks each!!! CRAZZZZZY!!!!! I guess if my girls were bringin home trophies after compititions I wouldn't mind. But just for an hour a week. So I decided to try and sew some. I think they turned out cute, but they need to be tweeked alittle. I am definately not as good as my mom, thats for sure. And I did need her help to figure out some stuff, so I can't take all the credit. But the girls like them, and thats all that matters, right?

I saved the best for last!

I really need to explain this. Lance is a High priest, and every year at our ward talent show they end with a skit. Lance is the one in the blue mooomooooo. And there is one other real victom in this and that would be the tall guy. He is actually the mayor of north las vegas. And I guess he trusts us ward members alot!!! Every one got a good laugh, but the stars of the talent show was a band from our youth. They had drums and gitars and amps and two singers! They were actually pretty good. The drummer,a girl about 14 wrote all the different parts and it rocked. I did however feel a little uncomfortable rockin like that in the church. Does that make me old? Over all it was a great show, and I love that my husband has such a great sence of hummor and is willing to do stuff like that.Even with the mooomooo I still think he is hot!
This week Alli and Braden started piano lessons. Yea for G-ma Nelson's piano!:) Braden seems to catch on really quick. Their teacher is a musician, to some of you that should explain alot. KJ, just think Mr.Strab with black curly long afro hair and a recieding hair line!! But he is good with the kids so far. They are excitid to learn, and so am I, cause now they actually have stuff to practice and not just random homemade songs!!!! Oh!! I forgot to add that their teacher is from Brazil. So sometimes he doesn't know how to say the right words and the kids have know idea what he is saying. But it makes for interesting lessons.
Today was take your kid to work day, so the kids got to miss school. Allison went with Lance in the morning, and she helped Lance sell a trailer. And we all had lunch together in Lance's office. Then it was Bradens turn to hang out with dad. The kids had fun and tommorow it's back to school. And tommorow its supposed to hit 90 here in vegas, I am ready for summer, bring on the sun!

It's an Easter Fest!!

Where to begin? Friday I took Braden to get his hair cut, I know its almost a miricle. Chelsea and Veronica are at the new salon and it's really nice. Chels did a good job on Braden's mop. Then we went to the Nelson's for a BBQ and an egg hunt. Let me tell you that my mom went kinda crazy on the eggs! We have enough candy at our house to start a small sweet shop! The kids had fun running all over the front yard finding the eggs. My mom put some change in some of the eggs, and Braden was expecting this, so his only mission was to run around shaking the eggs. And because he is the biggest and fastest of all the kids, he was the winner when it came to the $$$.But they all found more eggs than they needed. Dad used his grill and we had Hamburgers and hot dogs. But the best was the Oreo ice cream. Saturday was the UFC fights and the Liu's came over to watch. Most of the fights were good, and some were crazy!!!! Lance and his dad and Wyatt were jumping up and down screaming and yelling when GSP was getting pounded, it was quite a sight. And on Easter Sunday we were very busy. Lance had meetings in the morning and with church starting at 9am, we only had time for the baskets. Our sacrament was really nice. And the girls looked so cute in their dresses. Braden was sportin the new suit, and looked sharp. Then we went to Bryce's sacrament and watched him be sustained and set apart. They had a great sacrament too. I love out stake presidency, they are awsome. It was kinda fun to spend Easter Sunday at church with the whole Fam. And all three girls looked so cute in their matching dresses. Then we got to relax for a min, and then it was off to Ping-a-Changs for dinner with the Liu's. Nate and Andrea just got back from Hawaii and they caught us all up on the Fam over there. Dinner was fun, and there wasn't any dishes for Florence to clean up! Then we headed to Nola's house. Aunt Aleda was there, and Paul had pnumonia. It was great to see them, it's been a while. Later Lauren and Travis and Jackson came over.He is so cute. It was a busy day, most of our holidays are. But it was a most wonderful day with two great sacrament meetings and lots of family,I don't think it could have been much better.

Spring Break!!!!!

So this is the week that kids immagine nonstop fun and entertainment. So far I think the kids are dissapointed.Lance is working this week, but Monday we took the kids to the mall and Braden got a new Skate board and the girls got to go to Build-a-bear. Then we took them to see Meet the Robinsons. Its a must see!!! We saw it in 3-d. It was a cute movie. Tues. the kids played with friends, and while Lance was at YMYW, we indulged in Ice Cream, my ultimate weakness, and watched Eregon. It was better than I thought it would be. And today we are going to Nana Nelson's to watch the Kids Choice Awards that I forgot to DVR,so with a quick phone call,Chels came to the rescue. Then the kids are spending the night at the Liu's. I know the kids get excited to spend the night, but in all seriousness, I think that I am way more excited when they get to spend the night!!!I think we might go out, or might not!!! And this week Braden is supposed to get his mop cut. Yes, I know I said he was getting a hair cut about three weeks ago, but I was sick and he was sick and everyone was sick, so no haircut yet. So I need to come up with something exciting to do with the kids on Friday and Sat.so the kids can don't feel like spring break was a bust!! But we are going to Knotts in June. We have a wedding to go too so, we will probably go with the whole Liu Fam. That should be lots of fun. So TTFN!!!!!

So this weekend was supposed to be busy and fun filled. I was excited for Gymnastics this Saturday cause I was able to get Alli into an earlier class, which means I dont have to sit at the gym for three hours. But there was a nasty turn in events, I am sick, and have been since thursday. Not only am I sick but jessi has an ear infection and an upper respitory infection too. Then on Sunday Braden had a fevor. Braden seemed fine on Mon., so I sent him to school today. So far today I haven't had a fevor but I am definatly lacking in the energy department. jessi is doing good. She is on drugs and still is coughing but you can see in her face that she is feeling much better. So on Saturday I was looking forward to this birthday party that we were invited to. Its someone from work. I know the Quienceniera,or how ever you spell it, is a big deal. They gave Alli a dress to wear. They had her put the girls tiara on her. You know Alli, she loves to get dressed up and be in any kind of spot light. I just hope she hasn't gotten any ideas about her 15th b-day.Lance said that it was a nice party and that it was really just getting started when they left at 7:30. On sunday alli was the only one at church with Lance, so she got to sit up on the stand with him. I think Lance probably enjoyed it more that alli. He misses sitting with the kids on Sunday. Let me end with being sick really sucks!!!!!!

Spring

Spring brings all kinds of things. Amazing weather. Yes for those of you who are in Utah, the skys are perfectly blue with only the trails of the planes in the sky. That is one of my favorite things in life. After living in Germany, clear blue skys were nonexistant. So when I see one, I try to enjoy them as much as I can.I am not however likeing all the allergy crap that goes with the flowers. My roses are not in bloom yet in my yard, so I bought some and tried out my new camera. I was trying out the new features. I just need to actually use it on my kids now. Really I got the camera for the summer. So I can get great pictures at the lake. Its my fav place. Just to give you an update, Alli's head has returned to normal, and just in time for school pictures. Braden loves to hang with Uncle Brock and play video games, Braden didn't have to twist his arm very hard. I am glad that he gets to do that once and a while. After reading Ryans blog,It kinda makes me sad that the only cuzin that Braden has that is around his age, lives in Germany. We all have so many great memories. Like the boats that we tried to make to float down the street when it flooded. They were like rocks. Or the forts that we made out of lawn chairs, or dances we made up to show at family dinners. AHHHHH!!!!I hope those aren't on tape. So as you can see, my dog has a sore but, so he gets to wear the cone. He isn't to happy with me. He should be good in a couple of days though.Okay I am only going to change the subject a few more times. Lance got to talk to an army friend yesterday. The war is so different when you hear of a dear friends life in the middle of the worst things possible. I am greatful for all they do. Please keep them in your prayers. New subject, Hey Ryan there is more than just UFC, there is also IFL,Bodog, and Pride just for starters. IFL is on mondays if you are interested and its free!!!! I think I am done for now, but I asure you that this weekend should be interesting so I should have some great pics.

I made it!!!!!

Okay,I finally decided to give this whole blog thing a try. I'm trying to keep my little fam in the loop. I can't make any promises about keeping this very current,I suck at anything that has to do with a computer!
The latest news is that Alli's swollen face is returning to normal, and maybe her friends will play with her again. Braden is stuck to his skateboard, he went to a skatepark with a friend and almost broke his arm, it didn't slow him down. He really needs a hair cut,I think I know a few people who can help. Jessi loves to be at home durring the day with me. She also loves gymnastics and going to her grandmas'. Lance is doing great at work, the weather is heating up so there has been more action at the store. And me, I'm going crazy trying to keep this house clean in case of a miricle and someone actually comes to look at it. We are excited for the weather, its been so nice this week. I am looking forward to lake season, even though my diet isn't going so well.Other than that I aint got no dramma for yo mamma.
P.S. It took me forever to do this, but Chels rocks, and she helped her older retarded sis.
